A CULTURAL REVIVAL ROOTED IN BROOKLYN, IGNITING THE FUTURE OF GLOBAL NIGHTLIFE

FIVE has entered into a long-term agreement to assume full operational management of Pacha New York, marking the next evolution of a brand that has spent more than 50 years at the forefront of global dancefloor culture.

Born in Ibiza and reimagined for Brooklyn, Pacha New York brings the spirit of one of the world’s most iconic nightlife institutions to a city that has long shaped global music and culture. From June through October 2026, its inaugural Open Air season will bring together world-class international headliners and homegrown talent on the same stage, reflecting the diverse sounds, communities and creative energy that define contemporary dance music.

More than a new venue, Pacha New York represents a long-term commitment to building the future of nightlife in Brooklyn: one rooted in music, elevated hospitality, operational excellence and a belief in the power of the dancefloor to bring people together.

“New York - the financial and cultural capital of the world - represents more than a market expansion for FIVE and Pacha; it marks a defining moment in our global journey. This move reflects the strength of our vision, the resilience of our platform, and our ambition to help shape the future of entertainment on a global stage. We are entering a city that influences how the world thinks, creates, and connects - and we do so with bold imagination, long-term commitment, and the confidence to build destinations that resonate far beyond their physical walls. For us, New York is not simply a new chapter - it is a statement of intent about the scale of our aspirations and the cultural impact we are here to create,” says Kabir Mulchandani, Chairman and Chief Executive, FIVE.

As part of its long-term commitment to its new home, Pacha New York announced a $24 million operational enhancement plan over the next decade, alongside an additional $3 million dedicated to Brooklyn-based community initiatives. Together, the commitments reflect Pacha New York’s belief that great nightlife extends beyond the dancefloor and that becoming part of Brooklyn means investing in the community around it.

The plan is designed to create a safer, more accessible and more sustainable experience for guests while supporting neighborhood organizations and public spaces. Operational enhancements include complimentary shuttle transportation to key transit hubs across Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens; expanded sanitation services; advanced security infrastructure; AI-powered capacity monitoring; private medical and wellness support, including an onsite infirmary and ambulance; real-time venue management systems; and dedicated neighborhood coordination efforts.

Together, these investments represent a significant commitment to Brooklyn as Pacha brings one of the world’s most recognized names in nightlife to New York: honoring more than five decades of global dancefloor culture while building a distinctly New York future under the cherries.
