The Pacha Group, a stalwart in the Spanish hotel and nightclub industry and boasts of a rich history, dating back to 1973, with iconic establishments such as Pacha Ibiza and Destino Pacha Ibiza. The acquisition by FIVE Holdings has led to the division of the Pacha Group into two distinct entities following the carve out of the Lío brand - FIVE Holdings has assumed control of the Destino Pacha and El Pacha hotels, along with the nightclub division.
The acquisition comprises a range of assets that includes the Pacha Nightclub, Destino Pacha Hotel, El Hotel Pacha, Toy Room Club, and WooMoon Storytellers (Globally) as well as registered trademarks such as the brand name “Pacha” (Globally) and its distinctive logo design featuring cherries (Globally), amongst others.

On 30 September 2024, Destino Pacha Hotel Ibiza ended its 2024 season in order to undergo a transformation into Destino Five Ibiza – repurposed with a renewed energy while preserving the integral tenets of love, joy, connection, celebration, inclusiveness and diversity of The Pacha Group’s legacy on the Island.
As part of its reimagination into Destino Five Ibiza, the hotel will undergo a comprehensive renovation of both its interior and exterior spaces that will see the hotel elevate from a four star to a five star hotel. Every detail—from dining and leisure facilities to the rooms, suites, and villas—will be thoughtfully redesigned to embody a dynamic and sophisticated contemporary aesthetic.
Notably, the hotel room's terraces will feature outdoor bathtubs for indulgent Ibizan escapades and be equipped with state-of-the-art minibars providing elevated convenience while the introduction of a new outdoor gym will provide guests with a unique wellness oasis surrounded by Ibiza’s natural beauty.
As the hotel reopens in 2025, guests can expect redefined sustainable luxury lifestyle experientials with elevated Food and Beverage offerings, enhanced amenities, innovative programming, and imaginative spaces designed to inspire moments of unrivalled celebration, unabashed dance and unfettered bliss.
